Code Unnati
Amul and SAP have collaborated for a CSR project namely Project ‘Code Unnati’, aimed at “Empowering School Boys & Girls and Women through Digital and Financial Literacy and Life-skills Development”, the implementation of which will be done by NASSCOM Foundation (an NGO).
Mission:
Rural Development through Digital Inclusion & Social Entrepreneurship in 25 Villages in Gujarat, within three years, i.e., 2021-2024.

• Women & Girls – 8000
• Imparting quality Digital Education & English Language
• Social Entrepreneurship & Economic Development
• Environment Protection & Climate Action
Total 7 locations in Gujarat have been identified to be covered in project in first phase, namely: Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd. (Amul Dairy), Banas Dairy, Sabar Dairy, Mehsana Dairy, Vasudhara Dairy, Kutch Dairy, Panchamrut Dairy.

Programme Objective: The program mainly covers School Children, Women and Youth.Digital Literacy is the focal knowledge.

Women are being given knowledge of: • Digital Literacy • Financial Literacy • Soft Skills/ Life Skills • Employability & Entrepreneurship • Climate change and environmental awareness • Health awareness We have targeted about 24000 beneficiaries by Mar’24 (8000 Beneficiaries /Year). |
Youth are being skilled on: • Digital Literacy • Financial Literacy • Soft Skills/ Life Skills • Employability & Entrepreneurship • Climate change and environmental awareness • Health Awareness We have targeted about 13500 Youth by Mar’24 (4500 Beneficiaries/Year). |
5 DCS taken up from Amul in first phase are: Bhavanipura, Sansesar, Ajarpura, Vadod and Kunjarav.
