Shri M. Raghunandan Rao, CEO, Employment Generation and Marketing Mission (EGMM), Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh visited Amul on August 19th 2013.He was briefed on the history and development of Amul. He was amazed by the people's involvement and the leadership and role of the cooperative in improving the quality of life of farmers. He also visited NDDB.

Impressions:

Amul is the manifestation of what dedication can achieve. Amul is an example for many institutions to follow in India. If India is to occupy its rightful place in the community of nations, it has to facilitate and nurture several "Amuls" in all walks of life. I wish Amul and all its contributors, all success at all times.
