A group of eight delegates from Pakistan Dairy Association visited Amul on May 6th, 2013 to understand the success story of Amul and the Dairy industry of India. They represented different dairies of Pakistan and Dairy and Rural Development Foundation - USAID’s Dairy Project – other institutions. They also visited Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation and held discussions on various issues of dairy industry and its success. They visited the Dairy plant and Award Gallery of Dr. Kurien who pioneered the success story of Amul.

Mr. Sajjad Moghal: Words are not enough to express the remarkable success Amul has achieved over past six decades. I believe Amul phenomenon has made India proud and is most telling story of people centered development. All our respects are for Dr Kurien and his team.
