Dr. Jorgen Holm, CEO, Glucanova AB, Sweden, Dr. Ana Rascon, Research Consultant, Aventure Functional Food and Biotechnologies, Ms. Cecilia Lindstorm, Research Engineer, Aventure Functional Food and Biotechnologies and Dr. Baboo Nair, Emeritius Professor from Lund University, Sweden accompanied by Mr. Jigarkumar Trivedi, Doctorate student from AAU, Anand visited Amul on February 27th, 2013. The purpose of the visit was to understand the activities of Amul and its success story. They were briefed the entire Anand Pattern and its importance. They also had look at the plant and operations.
