Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Maharaj, Founder, The Art of living Foundation, Bangalore visited Amul Dairy, Anand on November 12, 2012. The Foundation is a not-for-profit, educational and humanitarian NGO engaged in stress- management and service initiatives. The Maharaj was accompanied by a large number of his followers. They were briefed on the entire activities of Amul and were also taken around the Plant to show the operations. They were quite impressed with the social services rendered by Amul to the rural farmers and the benefits that Amul provides to the farmers. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Maharaj expressed his desire to visit Amul Dairy once again to learn more in detail about Amul.
