We had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Zhishao Tang, First Secretary, and Mr. Zhang Zhe, Second Secretary, from the Chinese Embassy in India at Amul Dairy today. The visit commenced at our Chocolate Plant, Tribhuvandas Food Complex, Mogar, where the delegation gained insights into advanced chocolate manufacturing operations. They also visited the Bovine Breeding Center, Mogar, where they showed keen interest in farm activities and Amul Dairy’s scientific breeding interventions, including In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Embryo Transfer (ET). Subsequently, the delegation toured our Dairy Plant at Anand, witnessing the complete range of dairy processing operations. This was followed by an in-depth presentation and discussion with Dr. Amit Vyas, MD, Amul Dairy, and Shri Manoj Mundhada, Head (IT & Operations).
