We are honored to share that Amul Dairy has received the prestigious award in the category ‘Innovations in Sustainable Farming Practices – Animal Care’ for introducing homeopathic medicine in extensive bovine veterinary care, at the International Dairy Federation World Dairy Summit 2024 in Paris, France. Amul’s state-of-the-art homeopathic production plant now manufactures 21 unique formulations, tailored to treat 26 common ailments in dairy animals under expert supervision. With over 55,000 successful treatments recorded and a remarkable 84% success rate, this initiative offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to conventional methods. Beyond animal welfare, this breakthrough approach helps curb antimicrobial resistance in humans by ensuring safer milk production.
