Kheda Satellite Dairy, Khatraj, Amul Dairy has been honored with the second-Best Dairy Plant Award by the Indian Dairy Association (West Zone), by the chief guest of the event Shri Nitin Gadkari, Honorable Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Govt of India, in the presence of Dr. Meenesh Shah, (Chairman National Dairy Development Board, Dr. R S Sodhi, (President, IDA), Dr. Raghavendra Bhatta, DDG (Animal Science) ICAR-Indian Council of Agricultural Research -New Delhi, Dr. Niteen Patil (Hon. VC, MAFSU), Dr. J. B. Prajapati (Chairman, IDA WZ), and other esteemed guests, at the National Conference on "Dairying - A Tool for Livelihood, Health, and Nutrition," held on 17-18 August in Nagpur.
