A 14-member delegation from Nepal, led by the Hon. Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Agriculture & Cooperatives, Koshi Province visited Amul Dairy ,Anand and Chocolate Plant, Mogar

Impressions:

The delegation comprised dairy entrepreneurs, government officials, commercial dairy farmers, and representatives from Swiss Contact – all dedicated to strengthening Nepal’s dairy sector. The group was warmly welcomed by Shri Manoj Mundhada, Head (Operations & IT) and team of Amul Dairy. During the visit, the delegates explored Amul’s rich legacy, end-to-end supply chain, modern processing technologies, and grassroots sustainability initiatives. They also engaged in an in-depth discussion following a detailed presentation on Amul Dairy’s digitalization initiatives. The delegates specifically appreciated the hospitality along with quality products, trust, GMP, and branding. We look forward to exchange of knowledge and fostering future collaborations that can create lasting benefits for dairy farmers across borders.
